KING Filters Air Control Station is recommended for shipboard use to protect air operated equipment and instrumentation. Without question, most shipboard compressed air systems contain solid and liquid contaminants that affect performance and increase wear on equipment. Precision pneumatic instrumentation including KING-GAGE tank level gauging systems require clean, dry and oil-free compressed air for trouble free operation. Model 74 Air Control Station is based on the KING Air-Guard Bronze Filter with automatic drain combined with a pressure regulator and dial gauge. The high efficiency 20 scfm two stage filter uses a self-draining coalescing element to remove large amounts of solid liquid contaminants from the airline. If an automatic drain is not desired, the Model 72 Air Control Station is based on the Air-Guard Bronze Filter with manual drain petcock. This version of the station also includes a filter, pressure regulator and dial gauge. Ensure clean air with our two-stage combination 750 Scrubber and 800 Polisher cartridge set which removes 99.7% of particulate down to 0.1 micron. The coalescing action in the first stage cartridge provides longer service for both cartridges elements while delivering dry, virtually oil-free compressed air. KING Filter cartridges provide equal efficiency regardless of flow rate and do not diminish during the life of the elements. (Assumes periodic draining of sump or use of automatic sump.) |
